With the assistance from Lorraine, we dived deeper and found that the Roffey Homes offered a terrific range of very well-designed homes built with great build quality. What was of particular interest was the ability to adapt the very good base (heat pump, under floor heating, solar panels well equipped bathrooms etc) and add extras such as a higher quality level kitchen, different floor surfaces etc to create a tailored environment.

Anyone who comes to visit never wants to leave! Living here makes you feel like you are forever on holiday. It is relaxing and peaceful, exactly what I need after a long day working. There were three main things that drew me to Bayside. The developer’s reputation, the location, and style of the build and facilities.
